Early morning sunrise at the airport.
At WAG Inc.,

Aviation safety and reliability are at the core of our operations.

At WAG Inc., aviation safety and reliability are at the core of our operations. This Maintenance Policy reflects our commitment to upholding the highest standards of airworthiness in compliance with FAA, EASA, and OEM requirements. It applies to all maintenance activities performed on aircraft, engines, components, avionics, and ground support equipment by our technicians, engineers, and approved vendors.

Our maintenance team is responsible for performing inspections, repairs, and modifications in strict accordance with regulatory guidelines and manufacturer specifications. Every task, whether scheduled or unscheduled, must be meticulously documented in our Maintenance Tracking System (MTS) to ensure full traceability. The Quality Assurance Department oversees compliance through regular audits, validates airworthiness certifications, and investigates any discrepancies to implement corrective measures. Management supports these efforts by allocating necessary resources, ensuring personnel are properly trained and certified, and continuously reviewing maintenance performance for improvement.

Maintenance at WAG Inc. follows a structured approach. Scheduled maintenance, including routine checks (A-Checks through D-Checks), adheres to the approved Maintenance Program and OEM manuals. Unscheduled maintenance, such as defect rectification, follows troubleshooting procedures in line with ATA standards, with deferred items managed per the Minimum Equipment List (MEL). We employ predictive maintenance techniques like Engine Health Monitoring (EHM) and vibration analysis to anticipate issues before they arise. In emergency or AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations, our priority is rapid response, coordinating with parts suppliers and MRO partners to minimize downtime.

Documentation is critical to our maintenance operations. All work orders, component histories, and major repair records (such as FAA Form 337 or EASA Form 1) are maintained in our electronic systems. Safety is non-negotiable—our processes integrate SMS (Safety Management System) principles, enforce FOD prevention, and require strict adherence to LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) and PPE protocols.

To ensure our team remains at the forefront of aviation maintenance, we mandate ongoing training, including OEM courses, Human Factors awareness, and EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems) compliance. Regular Maintenance Review Board (MRB) meetings assess performance, and root cause analysis is conducted for recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.

Violations of this policy, whether due to negligence or non-compliance, are taken seriously and may result in retraining, suspension of maintenance privileges, or termination. All personnel, including contractors, must acknowledge their understanding and adherence to these standards.

This policy is reviewed annually to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices. For further guidance, the WAG Inc. Quality Assurance Department is available to address any questions or concerns.

By fostering a culture of precision, accountability, and proactive maintenance, WAG Inc. ensures the safety, reliability, and efficiency of every aircraft under our care.
